Hung Curd Salad


So here is another addition to my hung curd recipes.Its easy, simple,quick and healthy, so is my description of the recipe 😉

  1. 8-10 tbsp hung curd
  2. 1  medium sized french cucumber cut in to cubes
  3. 1 medium sized English carrot cut into cubes
  4. 1 boiled potato cut into cubes
  5. Red cabbage shredded
  6. 1tsp Mexican seasoning
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 1/4 tsp sugar
  9. 1/8 tsp black pepper


  1. Take a salad bowl, add hung curd and whisk it gently.
  2. Now add Mexican seasoning and pepper, mix well
  3. Add salt and sugar to it and mix .
  4. Add cucumber, carrot, boiled potato and cabbage.
  5. Stir gently until it is mixed well.
  6. Keep in refrigerator and serve cold.

      Refrigerate and serve cold

Hung curd salad is ready to go with any meal
