Strawberry Falooda Lassi

Hi Everyone,

Curd is my favorite and adding different flavors to it makes its more tempting. So here is my  experiment with it.

I am using a ready to use  weikfield Falooda mix as it was lying in the kitchen for a quite a long time and I did not like its final version. So i decide to combine it  with curd and the result was amazing.

Ingredients:

  1. 6 tsp Weikfield Falooda Mix (alternately a mixture of milk powder,sugar,chia seeds,vermicelli and strawberry powder/syrup can be used).
  2. 500ml milk.
  3. 250 gms thick curd.
  4. 3-4 finely chopped (Almonds,cashew nuts and pistachios )
  5. 2 tsp colorful tutti-frutti.
  6.  Mala’s Strawberry crush 4 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Take a saucepan, add milk, falooda mix and keep it on flame.Cook until the vermicelli become soft, keep stirring the content in the pan.
  2. Once it is cooked, keep it aside and let it cool down to room temperature.
  3. Now whisk the curd well and add to the cooked falooda mix.
  4. Take two serving glasses or mason jars, add strawberry crush, gentaly pour the falooda and curd mixture.
  5. Add chopped dry fruits and tutti frutti for the garnishing and serve chilled.

Take a saucepan, add milk, falooda mix and keep it on flame.Cook  until the vermicelli become soft, keep stirring the content in the pan.
